You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cf8bet Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cf8bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify cf8bet support immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform. cf8bet may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
cf8bet Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account termination.
cf8bet accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at cf8bet's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction. cf8bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. cf8bet reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the cf8bet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). cf8bet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your cf8bet Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed the KYC verification process to cf8bet's satisfaction. cf8bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required verification documents have been submitted and approved.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. cf8bet may, at its discretion, process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method registered to the Player's Account.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and will be displayed within the Player's Account at the time of the withdrawal request. cf8bet reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time without prior notice.
Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Important: cf8bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where cf8bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by cf8bet are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. cf8bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of the claim.

cf8bet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cf8bet will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for any downtime, interruptions, or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cf8bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Where cf8bet's liability cannot be excluded by law, cf8bet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cf8bet Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus credits and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Players may request the closure of their cf8bet Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Players who have self-excluded may not request Account reopening during the self-exclusion period.
